1. Agreement and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use StrongHer. You may use the service only for yourself and in compliance with applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. The StrongHer service
StrongHer provides text-based reflection, coaching, habit-building, and general wellness support. Some responses and recommendations are generated with artificial intelligence and may be personalized using information you choose to share.
StrongHer is not a medical provider, therapist, emergency service, or crisis hotline. The service does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for professional care. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating it before relying on it.
If you may harm yourself or someone else, or believe you are facing an emergency, call local emergency services immediately. In the United States, you can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
3. Text messaging terms
When you provide and verify a mobile number, you authorize StrongHer to send recurring service messages to that number. Messages may include verification codes, conversational replies, reminders, journey prompts, account notices, and other messages needed to deliver the service.
- Message frequency varies based on your plan and activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from recurring messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
- Reply HELP for messaging assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You confirm that you control the number you provide and will tell us if it changes or is reassigned. Opting out of service messages may prevent text-based features from working. Consent to promotional messages, if offered separately, is not a condition of purchase.
4. Subscriptions and billing
StrongHer may offer free and paid plans. The price, billing period, included features, and any trial terms shown when you subscribe are part of these terms. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide, including applicable taxes.
A paid subscription renews automatically for the billing period shown at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise or an offer expressly states otherwise, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. We will provide notice of material price changes as required by law.
5. Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of messages and other content you submit. You grant StrongHer a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and adapt that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, personalize, support, and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit information you do not have the right to share. Because SMS is not guaranteed to be private or secure, use care when deciding what sensitive information to send by text.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use StrongHer to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- threaten, harass, exploit, or harm another person;
- upload malware, probe security, disrupt the service, or evade access controls;
- scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or automate access except where we expressly permit it; or
- misrepresent your identity or use a phone number you do not control.
7. Ownership
StrongHer and its licensors own the service, including its software, design, branding, journeys, prompts, and other content, excluding your content. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.
8. Availability and termination
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free. We may limit or end access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay fees, or if suspension is reasonably necessary to protect StrongHer or others. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrongHer is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant any particular wellness outcome or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
10. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrongHer and its owners, affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from or related to the service. Our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to StrongHer during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. If an update materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. The updated terms become effective on the date stated at the top of this page. Your continued use after that date means you accept them.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent from your verified StrongHer conversation. Begin the message with “Terms question” so the request is clear. If you have not connected your number yet, start a verified conversation.
