Effective August 23, 2026

The short version

StrongHer uses the information you provide to deliver and personalize your experience. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your messages may be processed by carefully selected messaging, hosting, and AI service providers so we can operate the service.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how StrongHer collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, sign up, exchange messages with StrongHer, purchase a subscription, or otherwise use our services.

StrongHer is a consumer wellness service, not a health plan or health care provider. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, information you share with StrongHer is not protected health information under HIPAA. Please consider this before sending sensitive information.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Profile and contact information, such as your name, phone number, account identifiers, and verification status.
  • Conversation and wellness information, including messages, answers, reflections, goals, preferences, feedback, and other content you choose to share.
  • Subscription and transaction information, such as your plan, purchase history, and transaction records. Payment-card details may be collected directly by our payment processor rather than StrongHer.
  • Device and usage information, including IP address, browser or device type, operating system, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, referring pages, and diagnostic or security logs.
  • Support communications, including the content of requests, feedback, or reports you send us.

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the service, and from providers that help us with messaging, verification, payments, authentication, hosting, analytics, and security. Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and service operation.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage your account and verify your phone number;
  • deliver, personalize, and remember context within your StrongHer experience;
  • generate conversational replies, reflections, reminders, and recommendations;
  • process subscriptions and maintain transaction records;
  • provide support and communicate about the service;
  • monitor reliability, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect users and StrongHer;
  • analyze and improve features, models, safety, and overall service quality; and
  • comply with law and enforce our agreements.

4. AI and message processing

StrongHer uses artificial-intelligence systems to generate and personalize responses. To do this, we may send your messages, relevant conversation history, and instructions to AI model and infrastructure providers. Those providers process information under their agreements with us and may retain limited records for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

We may review conversations using automated tools and, when necessary, authorized personnel to support safety, investigate problems, and improve quality. Avoid sharing information that is not needed for your StrongHer experience.

5. How we share information

We may disclose personal information:

  • To service providers that perform messaging, phone verification, AI processing, hosting, database, authentication, payments, analytics, customer support, and security services for us.
  • For legal and safety reasons when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public.
  • In a business transaction involving a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar event, subject to appropriate protections.
  • At your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

6. SMS privacy

We use your phone number and messaging consent to provide the StrongHer messaging program you requested. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. We share them only with providers that help us deliver and support messaging, as required by law, or at your direction.

You may reply STOP to opt out of recurring messages or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. More details appear in our Terms of Service.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining conversation continuity, meeting legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to technical limitations, backup cycles, and legal retention requirements.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. SMS messages may be visible to your carrier, anyone with access to your device or account, and other participants in a shared phone plan.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; to learn about how it is used or disclosed; or to appeal a denied request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and legal exceptions may apply.

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to opt out of recurring messages.
  • Cookies: Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies, although some service features may stop working.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

10. Children

StrongHer is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices, technology, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
